Ground Screw Production Base

In the selection of screw blade diameter and pitch, it will be determined according to the physical and mechanical indexes of the soil where the project is located, and the most suitable screw pile will be customized for customers.

Hot Dip Galvanizing Production Base

Mainly involved in hot-dip galvanizing of solar PV brackets, focusing on providing top quality brackets adopt to different application scenarios, such as rooftop, outdoor and ground installation, etc. Products include solar PV brackets, C-shaped steel, U-shaped steel, special-shaped steel, angle steel, etc., with surface galvanizing treatment.

PV Bracket and Accessories Anodization Facility

It has a continuous anodized aluminum plate technology engineering center with core technology of continuous anodizing, and is also the first continuous oxidation plant in China that uses PV energy.

Machining / Factory

The factory has automatic tapping machine, automatic clamping machine, automatic punching machine, self-processing solid press and other automation equipment, PV brackets and accessories are pre-assembled at the factory and sent to various places, which can greatly reduce site construction costs and construction time.
