On March 24, 2022, Xiamen Huge Energy’s "R&D and Application of a Quick-Mount Adapter for PV Mounts" project was fully reviewed by the expert group of ZKHC (Beijing) Scientific and Technological Achievement Evaluation Center, and unanimously agreed that it passed the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements. The project has independent intellectual property rights. The products are applied in units such as Sunrise Electric Co., Ltd., which improves the installation efficiency, saves the installation cost, and obtains better economic and social benefits. The project results have reached the domestic leading level.
After review of the expert, it is believed that the project has systematically studied the structure of photovoltaic brackets adapters in view of the long installation time of traditional photovoltaic brackets and high requirements for ground flatness. The main technical innovations are as follows: A quick-installation structure for fixing the rial on the support beam on the photovoltaic bracket has been developed. The structure is flexible and simple, stable and reliable in installation, and can compensate for the height difference in the track direction caused by the uneven ground. The installation requirements of the support rod; the use of the support beam and the adapter design can adjust the appropriate angle for installation according to different areas and environments, and the adjustable angle is 0~50 degrees, which is better suitable for the angle adjustment of the site brackets, so that the solar bracket can be set solar modules are in the best angle range for harnessing solar power.
The expert committee for this achievement evaluation consists of Wang Sicheng, a researcher at the Energy Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission, Li Shenglu, a professor-level senior engineer at the Basic Industry Training Center of Tsinghua University, Xu Zheng, a professor at Beijing Jiaotong University, and Yu Jinhui, a professor-level senior engineer at China Electronics Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd.
