In the spring sunshine, all things harmonize. Recently, a solar PV mounting system project constructed by Huge Energy has successfully connected to the grid, supplying 3.59 MW of power to Fujian Qianshun Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Qianshun Biotechnology, located in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, specializes in enoki mushrooms, with a daily production capacity of up to 40 tons. The project covers an area of 24,000 square meters, with an annual electricity output of up to 3.94 million kWh. Through the adoption of solar PV power generation, it effectively addresses challenges related to power supply during peak electricity consumption periods.

Moreover, it consistently furnishes sustainable and environmentally-friendly energy for the production of enoki mushrooms, leading to substantial energy savings, reduced emissions, and lower overall energy consumption. This project embodies the energy utilization model of “Power generation on the roof, electricity usage under the roof.”

During construction, the mounting structures are crafted from high-strength, corrosion-resistant aluminum profiles sourced from Huge Energy. To enhance durability, the wiring side of the inverter is specially punched to prevent direct penetration of rainwater. Furthermore, all clamps are securely fixed with structural glue, rigorously tested including pull-out tests, ensuring stability and solidity. The non-perforated installation method on the roof safeguards the waterproofing system while doubling as a heat insulation layer in summer and a thermal insulation layer in winter, ensuring optimal production conditions for enoki mushrooms.

Upon completion, the rooftop solar PV power station is projected to generate an average of 330,000 kWh of electricity monthly, with an anticipated reduction of 4 million tons in carbon dioxide emissions. This achievement holds significant importance for local environmental conservation, emission reduction, and green development efforts.
