Recently, the rooftop distributed  solar PVproject at Fujian Hengtong Zhizao Technology Co., Ltd, equipped with a solar mounting system provided by Huge Energy, was successfully connected to the grid. This project not only provides stable green electricity to Hengtong Zhizao Technology but also furthers sustainable development in the manufacturing sector.

Located in Putian City, Fujian Province, the project spans a total area of 12,600 square meters and has an installed capacity of 2.175MW. Operating under a "self-generation and self-consumption with surplus electricity fed into the grid" model, the project is expected to achieve an average annual power generation of 1,028 hours and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by over 660 tons annually. The power plant has a projected lifespan of over 25 years, offering significant economic and social benefits.

The project covers two types of roof structures: cement roofs and metal roofs. For the characteristics of different materials, Huge Energy implemented customized solutions. Considering the load issues of the color steel roofs on workshops 1 and 2, the original roofs were fully replaced and reinforced. The photovoltaic modules were installed using a flat layout to align perfectly with the roof’s angle, effectively protecting the roof structure while maximizing power generation efficiency.

Workshops 3 and the office building feature concrete roofs. Following precise calculations by Huge Energy, the support structure's angle was adjusted to 5.71°, and a "sun canopy" design was introduced. This aesthetically pleasing approach maximized solar radiation capture, significantly enhancing the system’s efficiency and performance, even with limited rooftop space.

The entire rooftop solar mounting system is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum profiles developed by Huge Energy. This material offers excellent resistance to bending and deformation, ensuring structural stability under harsh weather conditions and the long-term safe operation of the power plant. By combining robust load-bearing capabilities with scientifically optimized support designs, every detail was meticulously calculated and refined to provide enterprises with stable, efficient, and reliable green energy solutions.
